Winter in the Gorge is a magical time of year. We live for the foggy days where you just float through the mist with the Gorge and Cliffs looming around every corner. After a good rain, the Gorge is often consumed by the raging waters of the South Esk - ruggedness at its best. So put on your winter woollies and ride the chairlift to the cliff grounds, where the team at the Gorge Restaurant will have a mulled win and fire ready to warm you up before you venture back out for your return ride.
