It was our absolute pleasure to host the wonderful Dr Leslie Tay and his lovely wife Lisa, as they wrapped up the final day of the 7 Day Tour of Tasmania.

They'd been on a foodie journey all across the state, so some fresh air and outdoor walks was just what they needed! They couldn't believe just an amazing place could be found just minutes from the city centre - where else can you explore a 65 million year old Gorge, watch wallabies and peacocks wander, and then minutes later be enjoying a meal at an acclaimed restaurant!
